  • @wisdometernal watch kelly starretts mobility videos. what you're referring to is the "front rack" position and kelly has alot of videos dedicated to improving that position. however, you need to spend time practicing holding the bar in that correct position. and the best way is to get someone to show you PROPERLY, otherwise you will continue to hold it wrong and never improve your flexibility in that position. over time, your body will adjust to allow an efficient front rack

  • i wanna be able to train with this guy seems so down to earth.

  • I lack the shoulder mobility to get my elbows around that deeply to engage in the catch. I end up with a "catch" position that looks more like the bottom of a push press-which burns my delts out WAY before I'm actually too gassed to contiue doing cleans. What stretches can I do to specifically address that ROM?
