this is one of the unique games that came out on the snes. its based loosly off of the book "neuromancer" by william gibson. being set in one of those future settings created in the 80's its pretty kool if your familiar with the book. Armitage isnt the main character in the book, like in the game. they really couldnt make an exact copy but still we know where the game creators got the entire idea for the game.

@NecroVMX I know it's been over a year so you probably don't care. The story of Shadowrun is based off of Gibson novels. Then it became a tabletop rpg and then the video game was made. It took elements of fantasy and sci-fi. When it first came out it was seen as D&D in the future. It worked really well combining elements of both genres. To fully understand the "sixth world" you have to read the tabletop rpg books.

This is actually a SNES classic, one of the better games released for it.. just because you have ADHD and can't take a few minutes to get into the story & cyberpunk setting doesn't make it bad.

first rpg i ever played, back in the day as a kid, you can only imagine how confused i must have been; still, the game is very enthralling in its strangeness, and the music rocks as well; its based in the pen and paper rpg of the same name actually, a cross of cyberpunk genre and high fantasy
