They are playing on the steps at the top of a very steep climb in Montmatre. I too have sung there!
In the street, way down below, is Pigalle with the famous Windmill Theatre.
I adore Paris.

I love this song - This guy does a nice performance but does not know English well. Sounds like he says "Dulluz" and "replee" instead of "Dallas" and "reply". the guitar playing is nice.
