She was a big baby, i'm pretty sure that is probably why she couldn't push her out. My cousin had the same problem. Beautiful Baby! Love all the hair! gorogeous!

what a shame you couldnt GIVE birth to her, instead she was just BORN. Beautiful baby. Why c section? You looked fine...

what an adorable baby!! my goodness.. looks soo much like the both of you.. thats amazing.. my mom at 5 feet tall gave birth vaginally to my brother and he was 10lbs.. they didnt realize how big he was going to be.. i think its great they know to do a c-section
