The whole power to weight ration goes out the window against a torque monster like the raptor. While they similar power (HP) the 700 makes much more torque and a lot sooner than the 450's. Oh and you don't need to be a pro to know how to drag race a 450. You just have to know myour bike.

it's pretty stupid comparing the two because the 450 is a race bike and the 700 is a trail bike. so thats means that the 450 has got a shorter stroke so it wont have the top speed as the 700

well see if you listen to the yfz it is higher pitched... meaning it has a higher stroke... also means its a race bike not a trail bike like the low pitched 700r

I've seen so many vids of Raptors run YFZs it all comes down to the rider.... I own both both they feel the same to me, only difference is raptor has power thoughout rpm range, and a really short first gear, and the yfz has power at high rpms and slightly shorter gears.

Have a 700r and yfz450 my friends beats me by a tire length everytime mines stock tho he has gears n all this shit so I don't know oh I have a pipe that's it so... That's weird the raptor won cause I couldn't win

okay guy 450 quad is for racing track and 700 for trail riding so dont be fucking stupid i own mine 09 yfz450r stock. pretty quick then 700r for real. and i am 16yr old.
