"Whee! I can kick ANYONE'S butt!"

This is my favorite episode! A lot of enemies, and a bunch of neat puzzles! I like getting out of the sewers and stuff and up into the mountains, too.
(NOT EMULATED. Played on a Sega Genesis system.)

Episode Two: "Welcome to the Temple"
Page One
---------
1:07 - Hitting crates and the like takes away health, no matter how you go about it. It's better to go for a stron hit like a shoulder bash to break them faster.
1:17 - Too much going on screen there, methinks.
BRANCHING PATH - You can see the other path in the "Extras video", though I suggest you wait until you see the whole game first: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzmU1GjydHw
2:02 - Have to be careful with those explosives! Kicking from a distance works, but kicking WHILE they are exploding would hurt. So... careful!
2:11 - Uh... that's one way to drop a crawler!
2:16 - Going down just skips the bonus item panel.
2:55 - Strigils are pretty cool, but can get annoying REAL quick. You could only hit them with low attacks, they love to block, and the tend to keep just out of range. They've plenty of techniques, too! The key is to try to get close to them and throw down a fast combo before they clear out (It's easiest to get within range after they pop out from a teleport).
3:18 - Gravis. This dude is a small (big) fry. Pretty much all of your attacks can hit him and he really can't get out of the way. Sometimes he blocks, but that's pretty much it. He has some fun spring techniques to see if you ever give him the chance!
3:40 - Styx can be a toughie. All attacks can hit him, like Gravis, but he's far more competent. Once he gets to blocking, there's NO hitting him! Your best bet is to get in his face right off the bat and alternate your kicks as fast as possible in the hopes of confusing him. If you can't pull that off, you may have a tricky, but satisfying, fight ahead.
Oh. and "POWAH BLAAAAST!" doesn't work here. Also turns out the lights, darn it. It's fun seeing how hoppin' that place was!
4:05 - Mongoria is a weird one. I mean, using your ponytail as a weapon? Yikes. She's VERY acrobatic and can unleash a flurry of attacks that can catch you off guard. Fortunately, most of your attacks can hit her, and the best technique is to mix things up. Or... you can use your rat. Yeah. It scares her right outta the panel, no kidding.
4:55 - You do NOT want to be hit while hanging on a rope. ANY strike can potentially cause you to lose your grip.
(Sorry Roadkill... slip of the fingers!)
5:10 - Yeah... you've got to spend time killing all the "creeps". I recommend against grabbing the rope, you might be hit into the pit.

6:45 - Too bad I lost my rat... (prepare for a glitchy fight, here)
7:18 - Branch - You can see the other path in the "Extras video", though I suggest you wait until you see the whole game first: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzmU1GjydHw
8:00 - Let Styx do the work for ya! (saves you health)
8:56 - BOSS!
9:33 - "Your Kung-Fu is good!" Sure sounds like an old guy, huh?
How did you record this from your Sega? Capture Card?
