lmfao...this is so very true...i was tech support since there weren't any openings for tech...after a while...i wanted to be in sales...because it was just about making a sale...but chose not to after I heard first hand of some of their tactics...Total Home DVR was NOT available to everyone right away! *_*

thank goodness he has 45 mins to complete the job! I mean he's not going to have a 2 hour conversation with tier 2 due to order flow issues, and wont have to do several box swaps, or have to wait two hours for i&r to show up and tell you to jep the job.
