Download and install script editor PSPAD for Windows (XP and up)

PSPAD is a text editor with built in ftp client. This annotated video shows how to find, download and install pspad. This real time installation was performed on a six to eight year old acer aspire 1310 laptop with contemporary video graphics card and no more than 512 mb RAM. I recently bought it in order to convert it to an ftp server.

FTP client application PSPad is a programmers editor supporting multiple syntax highlighting profiles.
It's pre-configured for most popular programming languages like VB, C++, SQL, PHP, ASP, Python etc.
PSPad features include support for project, file browsing, custom shortcuts, built-in FTP client for editing files directly on the remote server and much more.

The thing is, I have Norton anti-virus

And every time I go on the brothersoft website, any one of them, it says that there are threats and it can put viruses on my computer. that is why i dont download from brothersoft.

However, I have downloaded and installed the pspad script editor on various systems (pc+windows xp, laptop+xp and laptop+vista) without any problems.

In comparison, the mere alert from an anti-virus application "that there are threats . . .", is not a very strong argument in the case whether or not "brothersoft has viruses".

Therefor, I suspect that your selection of Norton anti-virus application settings is too strict or overprotective.
