If you use any code other than the pre-order video, then YES those disable achievements. I got multiple achievements while using the pre-order vehicles.

Maybe if you use the other cheats, but the pre-order vehicles does not. If you want, I will make a new gamertag, and enable it then get an achievement to prove that you know nothing.
