This is without a doubt a true love story.
Oscar Furnish passed away in 1988 of leukemia, leaving his wife Thelma (my mother's youngest sister)very much alone. Oh she had her 2 sons and their families which kept her going but it just wasn't the same as having her best friend.I remember the day that Thelma was visiting with us and I gathered photos of her and Oscar, put this song in to play, then left the room. When she came out she was crying, hugged me and said "That was the greatest gift I have had since he died."
Thelma followed her love this year and I do feel her prayer was answered.
