@oDMWo well i say that because here in venezuela optra its from chevrolet its way more expensive than honda or corolla and its a really slow car for a 1.8 engine.. a palio 1.3 will do a better work i just say this car is too much overrated in my country

met with a serious accident on my optra 06 SS model, head on collision, i had a rib fracture, my wife had rib and hand fracture, my nephew sitting in the back seat walked out with minor scratches, impact was easily 100km/h, mine about 60 and the oncoming 40. during welding , welder says this car has 4 reinforced steel plates, about as strong as a Beemer. Reality Rules, The car saved our lives.

Lacetti hatchback is the greatest hatchback, HE never failed me, whenever I had something urgent to do, always there for me, never failed me on road, went to all kind of roads, so all you who speak bad about Lacetti you can just crawl into your puny little volkswagens, toyotas, and others and drop dead or embrace raw power of CHEVROLET!!!

it has a 4 star rating from NHTSA but there is a safety concern for the rear passenger as the dummy head struck the C-Pillar they picked up high force readings which may cause possible head trauma. The car earned a poor rating in IIHS side impact test
