you have'nt "suspected" anything, you've been told from enumerable media sources that Fox is a propaganda machine-but when they say that about Fox they are actually spreading propaganda. Do you really think it comes from just one side. Please learn to think for yourself

Yes!

The law applies to GW Bush and Dickhead Cheney. They do not deserve special treatment just because they are celebrities and had / have cushy easy government jobs.

Laws against the war crime atrocities of Bush & Cheney are the law of the land.

All the fanatics who screech about "law, law, law, etc" against Roman Polanski should be and will be tortured and punished if they do not apply the same philosophy to Bush & Cheney.

WTF does "damage the country" mean? Could that be a simple-minded attempt at propaganda that means nothing? International law is an actual existing thing that applies right here in this war. The war crime = aggression against a state. Has nothing to do with "liberating 53 million ..." or "spreading Democracy" or whatever else Fox news spits out from time to time.

Army field manual only applies to the army as the name implies. The three men waterboarded had it done by the CIA, not restricted like the army is. International law means nothing. American law takes precedence, and the definition of "torture" is nebulous.
