  • I'm 70's obsessed! Some people get all the luck! :(

  • The '90s: what a decade! We were time-slipping and 'Jurassic Park'-ing, like there was no tomorrow!

  • @Beesneez2day then he hopes that they have had a good shuttle mission definite time travel as the channels tunnel didn't exist

  • watching with subtitles gives further subtext to the story it turns out the frenchman wishes to legalise abortion 4:43

  • Anyone else watch game theory? Oh yeah, 135,140 people do!

  • I brought myself here!

  • @JGomezabino First of all, I didn't state it as fact; I added "Surely?" twice, which implied I believed it to be so, and was giving my opinion. However, I just can't see a way where it wouldn't cause repercussions in the future. It just seems logical that it would, and there's no escaping it. But maybe, just maybe, everything would find its way on to where it would have been in the future in as quick a time as possible, before any changes resulted from it.

  • @hauntboy First of all, you can't make a statement like the one you made unless you know for a FACT that interaction would cause any sort of reprocussions with the future, which nobody can. Secondly, the whole "paradox" theory based on interaction with people from the past, is just that ..."theory".. there is no proof that interaction would cause a so called "butterfly effect" as many speculate. In fact, some scientists believe that no such paradox would in fact occur at all?

  • @mtoshamtosha I think the day they went through Bampton may well have coincided with the day (or one of the days) that this floral display was put out - in the present. I also believe that those involved in the making of the programme would have checked this out, and found it was NOT a timeslip, but had a rational explanation, yet still gone ahead with recreating the story for the programme.
