Okay! Now you will get to Spear Pillar! Finally i made the next part. Well I already caught Dialga so maybe some of you won't see the same as me. If you haven't caught Dialga there should be 2 Galactic Grunt standing there.

here's some advice for catching pokemon, use a repel, it repels low lvled, or 1st evolution pokemon, but not stronger pokemon
