That was amazing! It was a bit misleading though, to the casual observer, it would appear the effects are being rendered in real time.

Why using external RAM for this? can't you just stream the frames directly from 1541 ultimate when that hardware sits in the cartridge slot?

Try using the &fmt=18 option to have a better quality.
YT streams the videos with a lower rate than uploaded to reduce their transferrates.
Just add &fmt=18 to the adress ;) Thats it.
