This trailer sucks. But I think it could be done, if they got the right people, namely Ridley Scott, Guillermo Del Toro, and if he can leave the damned 3d alone, James Cameron. I would hope they would draw upon Ailen, The Abyss, and even Avatar, in doing this. Yes, it could be done; yes could do well. If they do it right.

mkay I know this is totally fake hahahaha. But seriously for a moment IF a metroid movie were to be produced, I think the best or most fitting plot would be that explaining samuss origins. Like I know she was orphaned at an early age and raised/trained by the Chozo, but we never see how it went down. I think its time we got to meet the chozo. Like the movie could start out with samus as a little girl then ridley comes and raids her space colony, and then we see how the chozo trained her.
