PSP connection problem!

My PSP keeps on saying it timed out every time I try to start it up. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait. my wlan says i have a WEP but on my Qwest modem it doesn't say the "WEP" on there. :ll help me please

oohhh i know what to do you need to "update via internet" in settings. its the first one one settings
