  • I picked up a very painful groin injury playing football 3 months ago and found this video to be the most helpful thing I have come across to date. Thank you so much for posting this!

  • really helpfull video! thanks.

  • awesome video I have weak adductors and am having trouble squating and especailly lunging, its causing bad knee pain. Cant wait to try these and see how they work, thanks.

  • I have quite weak lumbar and have hip issue, but never injury... my adductors are so tight and my hams... is this too hard a one to start with?

  • I got this injury in Sept last year from playing badminton. Doc told me to rest 2 months and I did. But until now it still affects me. Even walking elicits terrible pain. Nowadays I could only walk around for half hour before the pain sets in. Ibuprofen helps to an extent but there is still that numbness in the area. When it does become terribly and awfully unbearable I have to walk with my body slightly bend forward. It starts from the hip bone right down to the entire right leg...

  • I have to admit, you do a great job helping others to improve their lower body flexibility and kicking. You have done great work in your vids. Your stuff helped me improve my Muay Thai kicks. I thank you for everything.

  • do you agree that, a person with smaller muscles is more flexible than one with bigger muscles, initially?
