For my biology ce my group did the effects of preservatives on the growing process of molds on bagels. The bagel on the left (NP1) in non-preserved St. Viateur plain bagels and the one on the right (P1) is a POM New York New York plain bagel. We took pictures every single day for 15 days and made this video. I tried to take the pictures in the exact same position but that is rather hard, so the bagels did not change position even if it looks like it.
