In the tradition of SOPHIE'S CHOICE When an American woman begins a dangerous relationship with an attractive immigrant worker, in order to save her marriage, she finds her true self.
Director: Gina Kim

Starring Vera Farmiga (The Departed) and Jungwoo Ha (Breath),

FESTIVALS: Sundance 2007, Jury Award at Deauville 2007

REVIEWS: VARIETY - a chamber-piece of hushed eroticism and surprising narrative grip
SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE Kim is a filmmaker who shouldn't just be on the rise but shooting through the film world's glass ceiling.

  • Great movie, I wonder why there is so few movies about asian/ white romance...I travelled around Asia for 2,5 years, lived in South Korea for a year and I find asian men very atractive and so sexy. If you know any other movies like that please post some links or just titles.

  • ooooh sex

  • I like it. It seems different. Vera is so beautiful.

  • I don't think Andrew is going to live happily if he know that his wife whom live with him did really went to fuck with another guy over and over then come back and told him a lie that she has pregnant with him. It will leave a wound in the heart of many peoples, Andrew's parent and the rest of his family including the child in Sophie's womb, the child will have to carry the sin committed by their thoughtless mother for rest of their life.

anyway this movie did a good job for the simulation.

  • I want the soundtrack damnit!

  • @FrozenFlower25 I now I sent you a personal message but again I just wanna say thank you again. I'm really glad I found that song. It may just be me but it does sound a little different then it does in the film, but anyway still epic. THANK YOU

  • @cartergirl3of3 It's called 'Tango' by The Smith Quartet, you can find it on Amazon under MP3 downloads :)

  • and also, I anyone know where I can find that lovely arrangement of string instruments starting at 0:42. It's by Michael Nyman but b/c this is an indie movie of course I can't find it anywhere. Thanks!!!!!

  • what a lovely movie. With amazing acting. It's a little like "Unfaithful" only less grimy, y'know, better intentions what a cool ending too, and presented in such a great way. Cinematography was awesome. I give it an A-, perfect for heartfelt indie movie lovers.

  • wow intresting.

  • looks good
