Great picks, all of those games are excellent! I agree that A Link to the Past is the best Zelda game--but ONLY on the SNES. I tried the GBA version, and (IMO) they ruined it with the annoying voice samples, much like they did with the Mario Advance games.
Silpheed is definitely in my top five Sega CD titles. In fact, Snatcher and Heart of the Alien might be the only ones that outrank it.
