Ron just got me thinking: Say a contageous disease broke out that was medically incurable, how could government contain it before people find out or create a vaccine that works before there is a planetwide panic: Easy, they introduce a vaccine that doesn't work but is lethal therefore eliminating the carriers of the disease because thats politically a better vote getter than just culling at the outset (or vaccine a few that die and cull the rest in secret). So could they get away with this?
