How loud is the audio during playback on the camera?

just got one today but the audio is VERY low when watching videos on the camera even on max lv10 setting.

I almost have to put the camera to my ear to hear the audio.

playback on PC seems ok so I don't think the mic is the problem.

Whats Fuji's policy on warranty work? will they pick up shipping if it's defective? I JUST bought this today (ax200), I think it's broke out of the box but it was clearance so can't take back to the store :(

@opisex You should be able to hear audio playing from the camera in an average "noise" setting. If you have the volume to max and have a tough time hearing anything even though it plays find on your computer, this might sound like something is wrong. Try recording another video again and ensure not to cover the mic, if problem persist, you can contact Fuji camera service in your area. For warranty, you have to ship to Fuji your cost and Fuji will take care of it back to you.
