  • This is an important point, these men are trying to make. Couldn't agree more.

  • "He isn't against war - just against dumb war!"

  • 4 years later, what do all these jerkoffs have to say about him now?

hmm.. can't find a current video of any military personnel supporting this asshole.

  • oh did do the smart thing with the seal team 6

  • ROFL... ok now I'm sad.

  • i think the people who should make this decision is the actual soldiers. There is constant debate on whether the gay soldiers will be a distraction or create a sense of uncomfortableness between the gay ones and the straight soldiers. So the ones that are going to know if it will be a distraction or it will be uncomfortable are the soldiers themselves. Obama should ask the soldiers officers and enlisted

  • Hmm. Two years since the last post. I served in the Marines and recognize a fail commander when I see one.

So, how do you like your change now?

  • I wore the Air Force uniform for 35 years. I can count the visionary leaders in the Air Force during that time on one hand. General Merrill McPeak was one of those real leaders. He is responsible for the structure that put all forces under one commander. We did not have that in Vietnam but we did during Desert Storm. His detractors said he put the Air Force personnel in Navy uniforms. In fact, those so called Navy uniforms with stripes for officers were like other Air Forces. I respect him.

  • That's not true. And your parents are idiots. Ask them how they could vote for a man (McCain) who opposed the 2008 GI bill over another man (Obama) who voted for it.
