I used hamster bath sand as a replacement . Additional $2 but sand is finer so more compact

wut id did was i took an old speed bag i had, filled it with air, tied up some old shoe laces to it and hooked it to a hook in my ceiling. its been 4 days and it still works awesome. u guys should try

I'm about 5'6 140 lbs and 15 years old so what do you suggest i do with the maize cuz i don't think i can reach the maize if it's like that

Mount the bag to fit your height, when mounted and you standing in front of the bag it should be a bout the center of your face. Or the location an opponent will attempt to strike
