The Stowers tell their story

Jacqueline and John Stowers talk about their lives before and after a police raid of their home in LaGrange, Ohio on December 1st in an interview with the Buckeye Institute.

The Buckeye Institute is filing a law suit against the Ohio Department of Agriculture and other government agencies on behalf of the freedoms guaranteed the Stowers and all Ohioans by the state Constitution.

This is another sound byte to practice terrorist tactics in isolated instances, where the government is hoping the population will just blow it off as whiney victims of persecution. These types of covert operations should be red flags to every human being who is concerned about individual rights. The Patriot Act is just a polite term for Police State. It is time to seriously fly below the radar, make serious plans to go underground and if you don't know how to network you need to learn.

It's getting time that every family own their own nuclear warheads. Guns and AKs aren't enough. To keep government in check, the citizen needs equal fire power.

Bury the patriot act. Over time more freedoms and rights will be taken away from us. Bury it now! Call your legislators,like that will make a difference,and tell them to repeal this act. We are supposedly the ones that they work for.

what i would like to know is ....who brought a complaint against these people? it seems to be vague as to the details and the other side isn't talking. did the dept.of agriculture have just cause? is there a search warrant pertaining to the confiscation of said items? have any formal charges been imposed on the Stowers? have they been given a court date? were they advised of their rights? do they have a copy of the warrant? is there a follow up to this story in the media?
