Claims by two LaGrange store owners against health officials investigating their retail food establishment have been dropped in federal court at their request. The dropped claims were for unlawful search and seizure, violation of equal protection and due process, according to the court document.

I can't judge them for what they did but if it happened as stated then heck yes that was way over the line and was over kill. Im just glad no sneezed with all those guns they'd probably blown someones head off and my gosh, all those dangerous kids and one man & wife. How did the law enforcement ever make outta that place alive?

Why dont you start micro managing them? Everything they do and write is public access. Every dollar they request and use or give away is public access. Follow the money, hang the criminals.

I suspect that the crux of FDA's complaint is in their final food comment. If they were raising and distributing beef and chicken through the co-op without proper permits and food certifications, they were violating the law.

That being said, the way the warrants were served is unconsionable. There WILL be a revolution in this country, possibly within our lifetimes. Think carefully about which side you want to be on, and get your guns while they are still legal!
