Enable Javascript and Update Flash Player in Mozilla Firefox

To update Flash Player: http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH
To Enable JavaScript in Firefox:
-Click the Tools Menu then Options and then the Content Tab
-Check Enable JavaScript
-Click OK

How could it not work since to watch a video on Youtube you must have JavaScript enabled and Flash Player installed?

i worked it out, download normally from website BUT TURN OFF THE AD-BLOCK FOR THAT SITE, did it and worked SORTED, so confusing thou but i got there this video dont help if u had the saem probs as me
