Captian Logan is not only reviewing every superhero movie ever made, but he's *collecting* them all too. In fact, he's collecting every movie based on an English language comic book! He's trying to put together a complete, master list-- every list online we've looked at is incomplete. Help out! If there's a movie you discover that isn't on the list, send Captain Logan a PM or an email through wearegeeksnotnerds.com.

  • Hey CL.

You said you don't like any of the later stuff in Smallville or the ending, how come?

  • @Saberoph Very little of the later seasons ever feel propelled by real character motivations, and none of the people act like people to me. Clark never grows up and never really seems to become "Superman." Sure, he eventually puts on the costume and everything, but even in that last episode, he's so worried about hypotehticals and his "destiny" and all that. "What if X means Y? Oh no!" He questions every decision and never seems like leadership material to me. That's the bulk of it.

  • Cap, I have a question that no one has been able to give me so far; I live in UK and our DVD region is Region 2, now Batman the animated series DVDs have only had Seasons 1 and 2 released on region 2, so we don't have and are unable to buy Seasons 3 and 4. But there are rumors going around that some Warner Bros Animated show DVDs say region 1 but are in actual fact region FREE. So I could buy them from the US and play Seas3 and Seas4 on my region 2 DVD player...Can you confirm this for me?

  • @Samuel24842 Man, I'm sorry, I don't know anything about that. Not sure how I'd check, I mean if it says region 1 but is actually free. How would I check?

  • Not a superhero movie but the worst example of not adding very much in when it comes to extended editions would be the extended cut of the original Friday the 13th film which is only 10 SECONDS longer...

  • @ultimagamers2 Wow, what'd they do, hold an establishing shot a few extra seconds??

  • I like Birds of Prey to be honest... And Smallville: Finale.

  • I like trying to get special editions too.

  • i know the point of this but i wouldn't collect every superhero movie

  • @Geekvolution I can't argue with that, even in my Podcasts I've always said things should have happened earlier. Like Clark should have been flying since Season 4, and when I start my Podcasts, I'll be pointing out stuff I think should and shouldn't be there.

  • @SupremeCommander85 yeah well i guess you can say that ! rofl !

  • @darthvenom305671 They are in some cases, The Fallen was never in the cartoons and neither was Sentinel Prime. Same thing for the Wreckers.

  • You should do manga movies like Akira and Ghost in the Shell, to name a few. They're very similar to comic book movies, and I'm curious to hear your thoughts on them... >_>
