i would love to take care of my hair n have a regimen but im lost on how to do dat i just try to do the best i can on my own...but what are sum good foods to eat to maintain or help hair growth? because my hair is definitely growing again and i am trying to go back to a bra strap length...also i will be trying hairfinity in december to help

@kimmebearable yes because either way your ph will be manipulated. a good brand is isoplus. its not only inexpensive but works extremely well. also, dep condition directly after
