Free Credit Report is a rip off

FreeCreditReport.Com is a rip, and so hard to end services, you get 9 days free then if you email them to cancel it does no good, they will not honor it till they get you on the phone and try to scam you into staying by saying they will take 5 dollars off, if you agree to that you stay signed up for 5 dollars less, not 5 dollars worth of refund. Not to mention to cancel you have to give someone in pakistan or India or somewhere your social security number, credit card number, and mothers maiden name, from a company that makes a living scaring people about identity theft!!! WOW

U know what its ppl like u that make our job harder we are doing the best we can to provide a great service to the community. I am sorry u had a bad experience but to post it on YouTube is childish and petty considering that this website has helped numerous ppl to get there credit score back on track myself being one of them and if anything is wrong its ppl like u being able to post garbage like this on the internet

I tried ending mine in October of twenty ten! I just found out today that i have been getting charged since then i even called them and told them to cancel it! But they are still charging me! I called today and they offered me a ten dollar or 80 percent discount i declined ,and they assured me that they would cancel my account but i had to confirm it on the site i still have not been able to figure out how to do it!?
