When two ambitious scientists cross human and animal DNA, a new creature evolves. Director Vincenzo Natali takes horror to places most film makers are afraid to, in his new movie, Splice.

  • Moral of the story, fuck shit up.

  • @GarrysSketch

Actually the moral is do not splice without proper security procedures.

  • moral of the story pie taste best on fridays especially when it has grass lamps

  • @ImaniGray Another really great Canadian horror film in the same vein was Ginger Snaps, my favorite werewolf movie of all time, I highly recommend it.

  • @ImaniGray Well, it's a Canadian/French co-production, the mother is actually a very famous actress in Canada, so I'm not surprised it wasn't advertised in the US, American markets tend to be a bit hostile to Hollywood's competitors which is a bit unfortunate.

  • @GarrysSketch Yeaaah well if we stop researching our DNA and how to use and manipulate it, we might as well go back to the dark ages. You want a better healthcare don't you?

  • @Mehtaphorical Not yet i never seen any type of Advertisement for it but Im going to watch it before the day is over

Good looking movies like this always seem to bypass me yet trash seems to pop up all over T.v

  • @ImaniGray he has sex with it..... so i think there equal now lol

  • oh come on, do you even know what splicing is? it happens thousand of times in every second in your body. fascinating every time how scared people are about things they don't understand like nuclear power or genectic food. PLEASE if you want to discuss about something like that learn the BASICS. not more. the basics are enough.

  • @ImaniGray Did you watch this movie? It begins with this dynamic, but as the film progresses the motivations of the two parents are revealed to be darker and darker as the story progresses and the entire situation spirals out of control. The mother, in particular, is eventually revealed as an abusive control freak. It's all about how having children is a primal experience that reveals us for who we are. There's tenderness, and the awful truth that we're all deeply flawed and in over our head.
