@CardPlay3r i totally agree with u, the NVA never attacked USS Maddox on Bac Bo Bay. This just a fuckign reason for U.S Goverment to attacked North Vietnam, and it was making by Americans.

The Americans intervened in Vietnam but it didn't do them any good: they lost the war. After the US government saw that the war was unwinnable, the American military intervention in South Vietnam ended and America ran out on South Vietnam. The NLF and North Vietnamese were much stronger-willed and more determined and were able to endure more and outlast the US. In the Vietnam War, the Vietminh, then the NLF, and the North Vietnamese proved superior to their enemies. They won the war, after all.

Wow, I had more trust in Discovery. N Vietnam never attacked Maddox and the americans knew it, proven without a doubt by a declassified NSA document in 2005. I find it hard to believe such a large error is a mistake. Well done Discovery, changing history to justify the american policy :(
