They are there to help those citizens/residents who need it for real. but i also believe that we shouldn't treat people like shit, we should try to find a way to help these people, like pave them a good way to apply for residency/citizenship, and not deport those who didnt have a choice to whether or not to come here legally. Like those brought here at a young age.
