Rahul Gandhi on inclusive development

When we travel in Ambedkar or any parts of UP we can see the real condition of the poor people and we can feel their difficulties said Rahul Gandhi. We realize their problem, the UPA Government understands their problem, but UP Government doesn't understand, added Rahul Gandhi. The challenge before us is to find out a way how we can include the poor people also in the process of development he asserted. Rahul Gandhi claimed that the Government at the centre made a lot of schemes like NREGA, RTI, Sarv Siksha Abhiyaan etc and sanctioned huge financial help for the UP Government for the welfare of the poor but nobody know what UP Government did with that amount.
