A short clip of a group of migrants from Chiapas running into the Minutemen in the Arizona desert. Filmed in April of 2006, the migrants talk about their reasons for leaving home and their difficult journey while interacting with the gun toting private citizens who seek to kick them out of the country.

Dont take this the wrong way I know we get tired of people invading our country, but we still should have compassion for people living in third world countries, IF I were in their shoes I would be running for America as well. I am not trying to say we need these people here but some are honest people.

@minutemanaz compassion is important, i´m mexican, and i perfectly understand all kind of situations that inmigrations brings, not just there, also here in México, i think the same thing that move somebody to walk days in desert, is the same for those who try to keep safe their homes, just the idea to bring better things to family

Think about this REAL carefully.

Let's say there are approximately 12 million illegal immigrants in the country, well more than half with a job.

Now lets take them all away. And think, just for a moment, the amount of businesses that would sink, the amount of families that would be uprooted.

Our economy would crash and burn. If we made it easier to become a citizen (and a bit cheaper), this really wouldn't be such a problem.

And understand Obama is not the messiah everyone hoped for. Sorry.

How can you be so daft? Not all of them are like that. At the same time, I'm not denying that many immigrants are like that also.

And no, you need to check your numbers. If anyone's destroying the economy, it's Obama and his stimulus bills. And let's not forget the rising inflation levels.

If we got rid of all the immigrants, you uproot families and destroy a huge part of America's work force.

That would screw us over for sure.
