I really think Jenova Synthesis was meant to be easy, as the difficulty in killing her is inversely proportional to how difficult Bizarro Sephiroth will be; the faster you kill Jenova, the more parts Bizarro Sephy has. I remember the game even includes a special clause that forces you to fight all three sides of Bizarro if you use Knights of the Round on Jenova Synthesis.

I made Jenova my bitch in this battle!! I believe I used ultima on her twice and it was already over. I agree this was by far one of the #easiest bosses in the game.
