I distinctly heard Richard Fine say in this video that YOUR lawyer has a legal OBLIGATION to Disqualify the Judge in your case. Have you requested and received the amounts that were paid to the Judge by L A County? You must have that confirmation from the L A County Auditor-Controller's office first. Did you do that?

And what does it mean when the Judges are "on the take"? Meaning receiving ANY money from the State, plaintiff, defendant?

Since EVERY court is a "person" in commerce, this should release every prisoner who is confined within the prison systems in America. Right? Obviously the courts never had jurisdiction in the first place, Correct?

Isn't it also correct that the "moving party" is suppose to have gone to the Secretary of State to obtain permission to take another person to court?

This will also apply to every state too?

Can the State, Judge, and Law enforcement sue someone when there is no victim to file?
