@artielon yeah. this is an old video I found on internet.....I remembered reading somewhere her violin is made in China (the one she used in NTD competition).....but i am not sure. (probably you can PM longviolin? ha) the one she used in Tchaikovsky competition is a Stradivarius on loan.
She has a super energetic style of playing that is never philistine. Check out her Ysaye no.6. Oh my God I love it, it's so much better than most recordings available today.

Looks like Nancy has a new (to her) violin (I wonder what it is) and the playing is some of the best today.
