@jacquer17 yes its different for every vehicle. in a unibody car your gonna need extreme bracing for the frame but it can be done in any vehicle.

summit and jegs sells pre bent roll cages you just have to weld them in and your done for like 160 bucks

@BRENDONYEAHUM well where are you going to be welding? ( indoors, outdoors, windy, dirty) different types of welding do different things. just research.really deppending on the metal they are welding. Cheap roll cages are made by steel (easy metal to come by and more mistake friendly but easy to bend ) professional cages are made by a metal called chromoly (very strong, hard too find a supplier, and somewhat expensive). ask yourself how much is your life really worth before picking your metal.

Wish they would have put more videos up. Im just getting into pre runners and was thinkin of build in one within the next couple of years so if anyone know's of any important videos relating to this please tell me. Also what type of welding were they using?

I want a roll bar for the bed of my truck so bad but I can't find them anywhere so I guess you have to build one yourself but I have no skill at all with welding so I guess thats one thing i'll have to live without.
