Lol, It best not to be recommended unless it is for cultural purposes, which is evident in this anthropology class. This was the day we cover up the cultures in some of the islands in Melanesia and west Micronesia where betel nut chewing are prevalent. Other than that, I suggest it is not worth to be tried.
