I was in a roll-over accident on 30 Nov 2008. I don't remember anything about the accident and the subsequent 3 days.

You may want to talk with your doctor. It is extremely rare that a Spinal cord gets severed. Complete and incomplete refers to if you have feeling or function below your level of injury. If you have any feeling or function below your level of injury your injury is said to be incomplete. If you have no feeling or function below your injury your injury is said to be complete. It is very common for this confusion to happen with people that have been recently injured. I pray that you receive

@now33, I have no feeling or function below my level of injury, so my injury is complete (ASIA A medically speaking). It was the neurosurgeon who operated on my back that said my spinal cord was severed. After two years, I have not regained any function or feeling. This has not dimmed my resolve, however.

this Michael wife. i am just wanted to comment on your email to us also. why did you ask the question and use the words "your God" the God of the Bible is everyones God, not just my husbands. 19 years ago when you set this time line of being healed in ten years, why did you think you were going to be healed? becasue of science or becaue God told you?

when I had my accident, in the hospital, I said that with in ten years I'd be walking again. Its been 19 years now with no change. I hope you can deal with being there for a long time. If you never are heeled does that mean your God doesn't exist?

My walking again has no bearing on the existance of my God, the God of the Bible. I know what I heard Him tell me in my spirit about me being miraculously healed, but suppose I heard wrong. The flaw, then, would lie with me, not Him. I know that the Bible teaches that God is good and that He alleviates human suffereing and that His children can have what we ask. I have asked Him to relieve my suffering and I trust that He will. The timeline, though, is up to Him.

@michaelcrist Hi Michael.. I just wanted to pray with you again man.. I first wanted to briefly say that you are right--the timeline IS up to God; but maybe not like you mean it.. God's timeline says it's already done when Jesus took those stripes. He's not picking and choosing who, how, and when people are healed today.. As far as He's concerned, it's a done deal. So now I agree with God and say back receive your healing. Nerve cells be formed, motion and feeling be restored in Jesus' Name!!

If there is a God, the reality is, he has never, ever healed a severed spinal chord. Doing so would virtually prove his existance, since apparently he wants us to have faith, not proof, if he did exist, he couldn't heal you or he'd blow is cover.

I am very sorry for your injury, but the only thing that will ever get you our of that chair is science. Might be a science that God allowed man to invent by giving us big brains? Can you accept that?

You said it, your situation and mine are the same and the Bible tells us once we give our lives to God it is our birthright to his holy powers and healing abilities. Back then it didnt matter what a persons illness was, when Jesus said be Healed you were healed. today we have so many descriptions and levels of injury or sickness, no matter who you are or your problems, if God says be healed you WILL be healed.

Should you pray for your eyesight or just get glasses? Should you pray for your headache or just take some aspirin? Should you pray over your spine or just get a wheelchair? At the resurrection, you'll get a new body, but until then, don't hand your agenda up to Yahweh and expect Him to put his rubber stamp on it. God answers prayers in four ways: Yes, No, Wait, Git up and do it yerself!
