Bought the Spectrum LP the day my local record store put it on the rack. I had an old Sherwood tube amp w/Klipsch speakers. The guy in the apt. upstairs threatened to beat me senseless if i didn't turn it down. haha I didn't. Still one of my favorite LP's. Tommy Bolin was a great player.

Dr, Poon. Every artist is is unique. I do not share your opinion. There are artist who are one of the best in their era. just like in sports. Technological changes provide with more modern equipment, lighter, better etc. So dont compare musicians. Each is unique and enjoy each ones talent for what they have to offer. maybe that is why we dont have Olympics for musicians. Impossible to compare as no two drummers have identical styles, therefore comparision has no basis. Huge fan od Billy myself
