@KingJon1982 This just happens to be one of the biggest box drains in Tucson. It is located off of Speedway and Silverbell. You go south of Speedway and enter the tunnel. It is about 14 feet high and 10 feet wide. You'll need a maglite if you go in. The sounds was the cars going over the manhole cover.
