ClassicalRecords is a Youtube channel where I upload some excellent performances from the LPs in my collection. I'm uploading these LPs because they are either not available on CD, out of print on CD, or just difficult to find.

  • how on god's green earth does a young man of 21 sound this good, this mature? Profound talent + unbelievable hard work = Pinky

  • Pinky's sound has a certain toughness that I just love - he possesses a very identifiable sound - soo rare these days.

  • @calloffthedogs Zimmerman did a damn good job when he was young!

  • i thought zuckerman played the viola :/ what an ignorant

  • I remember buying more than one tape of this same recording back in 1993. I loved it so much that listened to it more than 100 times, and never got sick of it. Now the tape is so worn that it can't play back properly...

  • He doesa have a toughness which I love too !

  • Pyotr and Pinchas! A match made in heaven!

  • assisterò ad un suo concerto come direttore e solista il 6 maggio in Santa Anastasia chiesa di Verona poi esprimerò il mio giudizio sull'artista gia di grandissima fama.

  • Definitely the best performance :). Amazin that he was so young. The depth and wideness of his sound is incredible. Like him even slightly better than Perlman's performance, which tends to be much more sweet and likable.

  • Amazing performance.

  • This sounds like some epic star wars music.

  • Though Heifetz is the undoubted champion of technicality and accuracy, Zuckerman sings more beautiful than anyone I've ever heard.
