RATS - Trailer

Directed by Jacques Holender. A filmmaker recounts the events leading to his collapse into madness, beginning with the infestation of his home by rats. The two-bit exterminators he hires lay poison, but he must dispose of decomposing rats himself. He begins shooting a documentary on rats, but his progress is continually interrupted by setbacks and further rat infestations, until one night he discovers another film has beaten him to the punch.

I thought that David Hemblen had dark hair, and not blondish or grey hair.

When he played Lord Dread/Lyman Taggart on the Captain Power series, he had brownish hair.
