I remember buying this as a cassette single in either '97 or '98. I'd have been between 7 and 9. I also remember seeing it on some ancient CBBC programme. It was called Fully Booked. I think it was on Sundays although I could be wrong. I'm trying to remember as hard as I can. Don't trust everything I say as it MAY not all be accurate.

The first concert I ever went to was at the V festival in 1998. Iggy Pop was my first live act and the Beastie Boys my first non-festival concert. Headswim were either first or second on the second day and I loved them and immediately bought their album when I got home. This is one of my favourite tracks. Flood is a great album, Despite Yourself is certainly more polished, certainly reminiscent of Pablo Honey era Radiohead. Shame it was to be their last.

bought this song for 50p in a record shop in Bury about 10 years ago..
me and my maes used to find the cheapest c.d we cud and listen to see who had the best track from an unknown band..
had never heard of them but loved the song..
also came across Eve 6 that way and there a great band
