@nietorm1 You need to tie your strings a certain way on your tuners so that they "lock" and don't slip when you tune down or use the tremolo bar. Lots of videos on YouTube about this.

@w00p678 That isn't true. The telecaster is a hard tail so that's a non issue, the strat tremolo isn't finnicy at all. The jazzmaster and jaguars can be that way if not set up correctly.

i got this guitar back in July and when i go to say drop-D tuning, the whole guitar goes really out of tune. This is my first Fender, is this common?
