My hands are so raw right now from clapping all day. Once I saw this song, I knew it was my American patriotic duty to clap even harder. The neighbors joined in and even my dog is clapping his paws! GAWD BHLES AMERUKA AND MUH FREEDOMS

I love how the conductor just stands there. There's totally nothing for him to do.

no, the rhythm is really simply. 3 eighth notes, eighth rest, 2 eighth notes, eighth rest, eighth note, eighth rest, 2 eight notes, eighth rest, and every 12 rounds of a measure, the first eight (beat or note) is moved to the back, making a total of 13 measures, the first being equal to the last. It may sound amazing, but in reality it's very simple. A good piece maybe, but regardless very simple and easy to learn.

If you knew anything about rhythm you would think this is incredible. Sure it may get a bit cluddered in the middle but this is a brilliant piece.

Give me a break. THIS IS A GREAT PIECE OF ART! Reich is a Genius!. Get it it's minimalistic experimental music, take a look at hi s other works, they opened a whole different world of music to me.
