Wow. A mind-reader right here in the comments section of youtube. Next you'll be hocking your mother for making the challah taste good, when she should just be thinking of the holiness of making Shabbes challah. Sheesh! They've been given direction to do some shtick to give the music a little more chayos, more entertainment value for the less holy souls in the audience, so of course they want to do properly what they've been told to do. By you they should ignore their choir director?
