This water is from CE2 not from CE3 but unreal beats them both because the CE uses no physics but some pictures that appear to the water once there is contact. UE3 wins by far.

Fuking ignorant people UE hasnt the best water because CE3 uses the same nvidia physx fluid. And finally you cant compare a game made in 2007-8-9 with a dx11 2011 game

UE3 doesn't have reflection of solids when there is a ripple. CE3 does.
